Letter in the Tributes and Reminisces section in the "A Cliff Simak Special"
Unfortunately I have never been priviledged to meet or even to correspond with Clifford Simak.
I am, however, one of his Faithful Readers from way, way back, enjoying his stories as much for the excellent writing as for their content. His CITY series, is one that has really stuck in my memory. Whenever -- all too rarely these days! -- anything from his pen appears in a magazine, I will always read it first.
