Fantasy themes are always difficult to define, especially with the story which can fit either a science fiction magazine or one such as Science Fantasy. Nevertheless, we seem to be managing to fill our quota of short stories each issue with occaisional off-trail samples such as this one by George Whitley, who returns after a long abscence.
